A corrected version of the 5-dimensional career assessment built from the plugin psychometric audit. Fixes the RIASEC/Big-Five trait-code collision (A/C to A_R/C_R), standardizes career motivators on Schein's 8 Career Anchors to match existing career-weight data, and expands every item bank. Pending: manual reclassification of legacy A/C weights in careers-seed.json, and psychometric/counsellor sign-off, before this replaces career-5d in production.
