1. Digital Products
Our digital products may include:
- Career assessment tests
- Online programs
- Digital materials
- E-books or downloadable content
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Once access has been provided, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.
2. Books and Physical Products
For physical products such as books:
You may request a replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, contact us with:

- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Replacement requests without proof may not be accepted.
3. Coaching or Consultation Services
For coaching sessions or consultation services:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
Payments made for completed sessions are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before processing or delivery.
Once a digital product is delivered or a service is scheduled, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved (in special cases), it may take:
5–10 business days
for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
